The Rhode Island Green Building Council (RIGBC) offers educational and outreach events statewide on the merits of green building and energy efficiency. The chapter also hosts LEED workshops and exam prep study sessions for individuals pursuing LEED professional credentials such as the Green Associate or LEED AP.

Join us for a Green Apple webcast on June 6 at 6pm EST to learn how to take your 2013 Day of Service outside! Plan activities for September 28, 2013 such as planting trees, picking up litter, planting a garden and more. Tamara Arsenault from Global Communities will share stories from several projects her organization led around the world in 2012, and Center for Green Schools UTC Fellow Farah McDill will share the Day of Service events that took place in Sacramento City Unified School District last fall.

About Green Eggs and How to Register

   Green Eggs is the Chapter’s monthly breakfast forum featuring a speaker and topic relevant to green buildings.
    Networking and full breakfast will take place from 7:30am – 8:00am followed by a 45 minute presentation and a 15 minute question, answer & discussion period. Attendance is limited and pre-registration with payment is recommended.
